Welcome the page of the Portugal overseas fieldcourse at the university of Lincoln. Every year we take life science students to Peniche (Portugal) to learn more about wildlife identification, field techniques, and research project design with special focus on field data collection. These are essential skills for any life scientist, and is usually a unique experience for our students not only because of their learning, but also due to the close friendships that are developed during our time together in the field.
